Step #1: Get Educated
Pick a topic you want to upskill.
Read a book, listen to a podcast, or take a course.
Identify one action you want to take.
Step #2: Take Action
Get out there and do the darn thing.
Take action and see what happens.
Doesn’t matter if you fail or if you win.
Step #3: Turn Your Experience Into Content
You should be able to write 5 posts from this:
1. Why you think [Skill] is important for [Industry]
2. Your 3 biggest takeaways from the [book, course, podcast]
3. A step-by-step breakdown of the action you took along with the hypothesis for the result
4. An analysis of the lessons you learned from the result of the actions you took
Step #4: Rinse & Repeat
Do this twice for 10 total posts.
Do it five times for 25 posts.
The more you learn, the more content you create.
The more content you create, the more visibility you get.
The more visibility you get, the more opportunities will come your way.
