Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 15, 2026
Cultivated Culture (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy governs your access to and use of www.cultivatedculture.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.cultivatedculture.com (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user.
When you access the Website, we will learn certain information about you, both automatically and through voluntary actions you may take during your visit. This policy applies to information we collect on the Website and in email, text, or other electronic messages between you and the Company.
Information Collected About You
When you access the Website, certain information about you will be shared during your visit. The Website provides various places for users to provide information. We collect information that users provide by filling out forms on the Website, communicating with us via contact forms, providing comments on posts, and providing information when ordering a product via the Website.
We use information you provide to deliver the requested service and/or product, to improve our overall performance, and to provide you with offers, promotions, and information.
Coaching Inquiry Data
When you express interest in our coaching program — for example, by completing a scheduling form, booking a consultation call, or filling out a pre-call worksheet — we collect additional information to evaluate whether our program is a good fit for you and to personalize your experience. This may include your name, email address, phone number, location, current and target job title, role level, current salary, investment readiness, job search challenges, and your responses to any questions asked during the scheduling or intake process.
If you book and attend a consultation call, we may record that call for quality and training purposes. Call recordings may be transcribed and analyzed to improve our sales process and coaching program. You will be notified at the start of any recorded call.
We use coaching inquiry data to:
- Determine whether our coaching program is a good fit for your situation
- Prepare for and follow up on consultation calls
- Improve our sales and coaching processes
- Analyze trends in our sales funnel (e.g., what types of job seekers benefit most from coaching)
- Send you relevant follow-up communications related to your inquiry
We do not use coaching inquiry data for purposes unrelated to your interaction with the coaching program, and we do not sell this data to third parties.
Information Collected Through Automatic Data Collection Technology
As you navigate through the Website, automatic data collection technologies like Google Analytics collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This will generally include information about your location, your traffic pattern through the Website, and any communications between your computer and the Website. Among other things, we will collect data about the type of computer you use, your Internet connection, your IP address, your operating system, and your browser type.
The information we collect automatically is used for statistical data and does not include personally identifiable information. We use this data to improve the Website and our service offerings. To the extent that you voluntarily provide personal information to us through opt-in forms, emails, comments, or other feedback, our systems will associate the automatically collected information with your personal information.
Use of Cookies and Pixels
Similar to other commercial websites, the Website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” and server logs to collect information about how the site is used. Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent on the site, and the websites visited just before and just after the Website, as well as IP addresses.
A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a website, that site's computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser's preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.
We reserve the right to use technological equivalents of cookies, including social media pixels. These pixels allow social media sites to track visitors to outside websites so as to tailor advertising messages users see while visiting that social media website. The Company reserves the right to use these pixels in compliance with the policies of the various social media sites.
Third-Party Use of Cookies
Some content or applications on the Website are served by third parties such as servers, content providers, application providers, and the like. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Website. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services
To improve the services we provide, the Company uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools in various capacities across our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, tools used to analyze user data, optimize content and communications, enhance client and customer support, analyze call transcripts, generate coaching insights, and improve the Website experience. These tools may be developed internally or provided by third-party vendors (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others).
AI processing is performed by third-party providers (see “Third-Party Service Providers” below). No automated decisions are made about your eligibility for coaching — all coaching enrollment decisions involve human review.
By using the Website, scheduling a call, submitting a form, or otherwise interacting with our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your data, including personal information you voluntarily submit or that is collected automatically, may be processed, stored, and analyzed by AI-powered tools.
- Some of these tools may be hosted by third-party service providers, and we cannot control how those tools store, retain, or use the data once shared.
- While we strive to use reputable and privacy-conscious vendors, we cannot guarantee the data handling practices of all third-party AI providers.
If you do not consent to the use of AI tools or the potential for your data to be processed in this way, we recommend that you refrain from using the Website or any associated services.

We use the following categories of third-party service providers to operate our business and deliver services to you. These providers process your data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information:
- Database and hosting providers — secure storage of prospect and client data
- Scheduling platforms — booking and managing consultation calls

- Automation platforms — connecting systems and automating workflows
- AI and language model providers — analyzing transcripts and generating insights

Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers operated by these providers, which may be located outside your country of residence. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including data processing agreements where required by applicable law.
For a current list of specific sub-processors, you may contact us at [email protected].

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

The Website may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. Disclosure of Your Information
As a general rule, the Company does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer any information collected whether automatically or through your voluntary action.
The only exception to this rule would be a sale of Cultivated Culture and its assets (including email addresses) to another company or entity. In the event that Cultivated Culture is sold to or acquired by another entity, we reserve the right to sell and transfer ownership of its assets, including data, email addresses, and any other information. Outside of that instance, we will never sell or give away your data or information.
We may disclose your personal information to our subsidiaries, affiliates, and service providers for the purpose of providing our services to you.
We may disclose your personal information to a third party, including a lawyer or collection agency, when necessary to enforce our terms of service or any other agreement between you and the Company.
We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights or when compelled by a court or other governmental entity to do so.
How We Protect Your Information and Secure Information Transmissions
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted data storage, encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls limiting who can view your data, and secure authentication for all systems that store personal information.
However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.
Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. However, doing so is allowed, but at your own risk. Credit card information and other sensitive information is never transmitted via email.
The Company may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.
For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, the Company uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Policy Changes
It is our policy to post any changes we make to this Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the Website home page. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting the Website and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.

Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data under applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) if you are in Canada, and various US state privacy laws.
These rights may include:
- Right to access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

- Right to object: You may object to the processing of your personal data for certain purposes, including direct marketing.
- Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based upon consent that occurred prior to your withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond to your request within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We require only the information that is reasonably required to enter into a contract with you. We will not require you to provide consent for any unnecessary processing as a condition of entering into a contract with us.
Lawful Basis for Processing (EEA and UK Visitors)
