A “squiggly career” probably best defines my professional path as a generalist, having worked across many (albeit related) industries and roles in my 20s and early 30s. The challenge I faced in my job search—following a postgraduate degree and relocating back to the UK post-pandemic—was navigating a newly stratified workplace, where job descriptions had become more specialized. Additionally, as a mid-career professional, I also encountered the challenge of workforce juniorization.
Through very thoughtful sessions with Forrest, along with the online material provided by Austin, we crafted a strategy that was clever, well-evidenced, and ultimately worked like a charm. I cannot recommend this course highly enough if finding a great job is important to you—you are in very good hands.
